Hi, first off thank you for taking the time to review my profile! I am 20 years old and currently taking classes at the Community College of Philadelphia for Music Production and Music Performance. I first took interest in music/guitar at 9 years old when my mother introduced me to the Beatles’ music. From that point forward I was fascinated with everything about music; the rhythms, the harmony, the tones, etc. I decided that I wanted to immerse my self into these things so I began taking guitar lessons in south jersey at around 11 years old and, when I felt confident with my fundamental abilities, I stopped the lessons and kept learning through books, internet resources and other musicians.

In my experience I’ve found that learning an instrument definitely takes patience and practice but the bottom line is that it should be enjoyable. Many people shy away from learning an instrument because they think it is too difficult or they think they don’t have the time but these obstacles can be surpassed! Not only will I teach you the fundamentals such as chords, scales and finger positions, but I will listen to your circumstances and talk you through ways to achieve your full potential related to your situation. After all, everyone is different and we all learn and thrive in different environments pertaining to our idiosyncrasies.
